Dr. Judy Chang graduated from New York University with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1992. She completed her residency at Loma Linda Medical Center. Dr. Chang has been in private practice in New York and now in Pasadena, California. Her patients appreciate the knowledge and experience that are part of over 25 years of successful practice.
